Just weeks after Spider-Man 3 swung into theaters as the biggest opening weekend of all time, DreamWorks Animation’s Shrek the Third bowed to $122 million over three days – the third-biggest opening in history and biggest ever for an animated pic, according to Variety. Shrek 2 previously held the first-weekend records for animated and PG pics as it opened to $108 million in 2004.
According to Variety, Cameron Diaz and Ashton Kutcher will star together in the romantic comedy What Happens in Vegas Julian Farino is set to direct the movie from a script by Dana Fox.
Set in Las Vegas, the story revolves around two people who discover they’ve gotten married following a night of debauchery, with one of them winning a huge jackpot after playing the other’s quarter. The unhappy pair try to undermine each other and get their hands on the money – falling in love along the way.
In late April, supermodels Heidi Klum and Karolina Kurkova announced Victoria’s Secret’s list “What is Sexy?”. The list named the sexiest stars in Hollywood and their sexy features. Our Cameron was named the celebrity with the sexiest legs, which she has flaunted on premieres and interviews since.
